We hope every customer can enjoy the fun of collecting and purchasing sneakers with confidence. However, since the products sold by KICKRARE are mostly limited editions, rare, and collectible sneakers, our return and exchange policies differ from those of regular products. To protect the rights of all consumers, please read the following carefully before placing an order.
1. Confirm product information before ordering
Products sold by KICKRARE may include:
• Limited release sneakers
• Rare collectible sneakers
• Asia-exclusive colorways
• Special sourced products
• Discontinued products
Some products may have minor wear on original packaging, glue marks, natural material aging, or other attributes due to age, source, or collection nature. These will be transparently disclosed on the product page.
Please confirm before purchase:

• Product condition description
• Product images and accessories
• Shipping time and delivery method
Once the order is completed, it indicates that you understand and accept the product information and our return and exchange policy.
2. Appreciation period explanation
According to relevant consumer protection laws, consumers have a seven-day appreciation period after receiving the product.
However, the 'appreciation period' is not a trial period.
You have the right to inspect the appearance and contents of the product but must not wear, use outdoors, or perform any actions that could affect the product's resale value.
The following situations will affect your right to return:
• Evidence of wear on the product
• Worn or dirty soles
• Changes in product odor
• Missing accessories
• Removal of original tags
• Removal or damage of authenticity labels
• Severe damage to the original shoebox
• Returning in non-original packaging
If the product is found not to meet the return conditions upon inspection, KICKRARE reserves the right to refuse the return request.
3. Conditions for accepted returns
Eligible for return if:
• The received product does not match the order details
• Wrong size or style received
• The product has significant defects not disclosed on the page
• The product was significantly damaged during delivery
Please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the product and provide:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos as proof
We will assist you promptly.
4. Situations where returns and exchanges are not accepted
The following cases cannot be serviced for returns or exchanges:
• Return request due to personal preference
• Incorrect size chosen without referring to size information
• Price fluctuations of the product
• Product has been worn, used, or washed
• Missing original shoebox, tags, or accessories
• Damage caused by human factors
• Requests made after the appreciation period
• Items marked as 'Non-returnable' or 'Non-exchangeable'
V. Size Recommendations
Shoe brand, style, and individual foot shape may all influence the actual wearing experience.
KICKRARE provides size suggestions for reference only; the final size choice should be made by the customer based on their own assessment.

VI. Refund Methods
Once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will process the refund after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:
• Credit Card Payment: Refund to the original credit card account
• PayPal: Refund to the original PayPal account
• Other Payment Methods: Refund according to the actual payment method used
The actual refund processing time depends on the operations of each financial institution.
VII. International Order Notes
Cross-border orders may involve customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations.
Except in cases where the product itself has significant defects or shipping errors, international returns due to personal reasons, including return shipping, customs duties, and related costs, shall be borne by the customer.
